If you refuse a damaged shipment, please notify us promptly so we can track and manage the return.
Reporting Shipping Damage
All shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This timeframe is critical for filing a claim with the freight carrier.

Once Reported
- We will coordinate with the freight carrier to retrieve the damaged item
- We will arrange a replacement part or replacement unit of the same model, at no additional cost
If a replacement is not preferred, the item may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.
Refused Deliveries (Non-Damage Related)
For deliveries refused for reasons not covered under the Damaged Goods Policy:
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price
- Actual shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted
- A 25% restocking fee will apply

Return Eligibility

- The product is not classified as machinery

Once the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Required Items for All Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, please include:
- Original packaging (boxes, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original UPC barcode (removal of the barcode voids return eligibility)

Defective Merchandise
