How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a return request through our website by selecting the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is reviewed, our team will send a Return Authorization (RA) via email.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

The item is unused
The product is not classified as machinery
The return has been authorized by Billy Boy Tools

Once the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Required Items for All Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please include:

Original packaging (boxes, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
Original UPC barcode (removal of the barcode voids return eligibility)
Original packing slip
All included accessories (cords, carrying cases, transformers, remotes, batteries, assembly tools, etc.)
Manufacturer manuals, warranty cards, registration materials, and documentation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.

After approval and return authorization:

We will replace the item or issue a full refund
Original ground shipping costs will be covered by Billy Boy Tools

Non-Defective Merchandise

Returns of non-defective items require prior authorization and are subject to the following conditions:

A restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply
The customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs

Refunds will be issued after the item is received, inspected, and approved.

Important Notes

Machinery items are non-returnable unless defective and approved by Billy Boy Tools
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
