Damaged Goods & Missing Items
We partner with reputable freight carriers known for reliability and on-time delivery. While every precaution is taken, shipping damage can occasionally occur.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival:

Visible or severe damage:
Do not accept the delivery. Refuse the shipment. -
Minor or external packaging damage:

Accept the shipment

Clearly write “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing

If you refuse a damaged shipment, please notify us promptly so we can track and manage the return.
Reporting Shipping Damage
All shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This timeframe is critical for filing a claim with the freight carrier.

Once Reported

We will coordinate with the freight carrier to retrieve the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement part or replacement unit of the same model, at no additional cost
If a replacement is not preferred, the item may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.
Refused Deliveries (Non-Damage Related)
For deliveries refused for reasons not covered under the Damaged Goods Policy:

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price

Actual shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted

A 25% restocking fee will apply
