Backorder Shipping Policy

If you place an order for a product that is on backorder with an estimated lead time of 1–2 months, payment will be processed immediately at the time of purchase via credit card or PayPal.

This policy allows us to:

Backorder Cancellation Policy

  • Backorders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund

  • If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after order processing but before shipment, a 3.5% transaction fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs
